A premium will be applied for sidewalk clearing services, with charges determined by snow depth and weight. We recommend contacting your local municipality to address your concerns or to submit the invoice for their review.
We wish to clarify that our organization disclaims all responsibility for any incidents involving slips and falls. Property owners are solely accountable for maintaining the safety of their premises. While we provide snow removal services for driveways, walkways, and sidewalks, the application of de-icing agents remains the property owner's responsibility. All services are rendered at the client's own risk, and we assume no liability. This disclaimer is formally noted.
We reserve the right to discontinue any services at our discretion. Should we perceive a lack of engagement from the client or in the event of non-payment, we retain the right to terminate services.
Should ResiSnow render services and timely payment is not received from the client, a lien will be placed on the property, and a daily fee of 25% will be assessed until the outstanding balance is settled in full. Our business model does not accommodate financial or temporal losses.
Our services are designed to function as a comprehensive insurance policy, alleviating the burden of property maintenance. Similar to automotive insurance, you invest in it monthly, yet ideally, you may not require its direct application. However, given the predictable nature of snowfall, proactive preparation is essential. We encourage you to take the initiative and enroll in our services today.
A separate charge is applied for walkway clearing services. In instances where unforeseen circumstances prevent us from clearing a significant portion of the walkways, we will not levy a charge for services not rendered. Should equipment malfunction impede our ability to clear walkways, we will not bill for that specific service. Please be advised that we will return to complete the service once the equipment has been repaired, at which point you will be charged accordingly.
We do not adhere to a fixed schedule for storm response; instead, we assess each storm individually to ensure timely intervention and prevent excessive accumulation. We operate without a predefined timeframe unless a specific clearance deadline is requested via call or text.
This implies that a single charge will be applied for snow removal services up to 8 inches during one visit. Should a second visit be required, an additional charge will be incurred.

We are currently accepting new clients in Windsor, Connecticut. Our services also extend to the surrounding areas, including East Windsor, Granby, Windsor Locks, South Windsor, Manchester, Suffield, and East Granby, Connecticut.
ResiSnow accepts payments via Venmo, Zelle, check, and cash.
Snow removal services are initiated when snowfall measures between 1.5 and 8 inches, and this range is included with each service. Billing is conducted on a per-service basis, determined by the accumulated snow depth. Should snowfall exceed 8 inches, clients will incur charges equivalent to two service visits. For snowfall exceeding 12 inches, charges will be adjusted proportionally.
To clarify, each service encompasses up to 8 inches of snow. For instance, a snowfall of 16 inches will result in a charge equivalent to two service visits.
